Your Service Advisor will be ready for your arrival with the technology needed to know what service is due on your vehicle, if there are any open recalls, and to take pictures of your vehicle to ensure it is returned in the same cosmetic condition or better, based on your service needs.
After your vehicle is checked in, a two-way text message capability is enabled so you have a record of your Service Advisor’s contact information and access to connect with your Service Advisor with the convenience of text messaging.

A certified technician will deliver a video walk around of your vehicle that explains the services proposed. Even if your vehicle is not in need of anything beyond the normal service interval performances, we will send you confirmation via video.
When your vehicle needs anything beyond standard service interval services, a Service Advisor will send a video of recommended services for your approval. This activity ensures you are completely educated on the services we are recommending so you can make an informed decision to have the services performed.
Complete the payments for your service online to save you time in the service drive. Your vehicle will be washed and vacuumed and ready for your next commute. Within 24 hours, we will reach out to ensure your visit experience was positive and see if there are any followup questions you may have.
